Today is my birthday!

A birthday is a very special time to celebrate our sweet spirit.
We are all little precious children and we need to celebrate
the innocence of the child, our pure connection to our soul.
I know our wounded inner child may not always feel so special
but that is the job of our 'adult self',
to love her so she can remember that she is made of
Divine love.
So today I am celebrating my Divine connection of love
and my inner child.
Today's meditation was on laughter...I laughed so hard my belly hurt. But then I was as light as a feather and as grateful
as the sunshine.
Spread some laughter today! It is contagious!!
